Mailed to <br />surrounding property owners on October 5, 2012. <br />Conflict of Interest and Disclosure <br />None heard. <br />Lipton asked for a motion to enter into public record the following items: Staff Report <br />Addendum, letters from Alfalfas, Peter Stewart and the Citizens Acton Council. <br />Pritchard moved and Brauneis seconded a motion to enter the items into public <br />record.
