<br />ORDINANCE NO. 1162, "lJu.., WCr JU.It- <br />SERIES 1994 ,. _~~diifZ..I ",J <br />~(j)~. ~.~ N4~' <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE .s'"'a <br />LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING CER AIN PROPERTY <br />LOCATED GENERALLY SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY 42, WEST OF 104TH STREET, NORTH OF <br />CHERRY STREET, AND EAST OF THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN RAILROAD TRACKS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner ,Knollwood Partners, has requested that said property be rezoned from Industrial <br />(1), and Commercial Business (CB), to Planned Community Zoned District (PCZD); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Louisville, after proper notice, has held a hearing <br />as required by applicable law; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council determines that the evidence before it establishes that the area for which <br />rezoning is requested has changed or is changing to such a degree that it is in the public interest to rezone said <br />property; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />Sec.tion 1.
