Business Retention & Development Committee <br />Meeting Minutes <br />December 3, 2012 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />Epic Fulfillment <br /> – Aaron met with Warren Merlino. He started the business two years ago and <br />has consistently grown the company. May be looking for additional space as their current location <br />cannot handle anticipated growth. <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BRIEFING <br />rd <br />Historic Grain Elevator proposals are due back on January 23. <br />Phillips 66 is still deciding on realtor representation for their site. <br />Several projects are being considered in the Urban Renewal Area. Most notable is the DELO <br />development by RMCS. The Arnold Property is also being considered for development. The LRC is <br />analyzing the DELO application for infrastructure assistance. <br />REPORTS FROM COMMITTEE MEMBERS <br />– <br />Dana Alford inquired about making a survey available for businesses to fill out regarding doing business <br />in Louisville. The program was set up more as relationship-focused. <br />A question was raised as to the availability of the new poles at the Rec Centerfor publicizing community <br />events. <br />DISCUSSION ITEMS FOR NEXT MEETING <br /> <br />The Committee would like an update on the Main Street Patio project. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:28a.m. <br />ADJOURN – <br />
