Even though some were concerned, others understood it i <br />sure the design is right before we rush something out for this year. They also indicated that there are existing water spigots <br />the street in front of both the Empire and Waterloo. This may b <br />water for future incorporation into the patios. <br />They were primarily interested in making sure the patio designs <br />unveiling, Memorial Day is the latest they want the patios completed. <br />The last thing they mentioned was to possibly work with a local metallurgist known as Atomic <br />Forge out of Erie. They said they may be able to cut the City a <br />architectural railing and planters. We have forwarded this information to the ECI Site <br />Construction Management Inc.
