As a part of their 2014 goal setting process, the City Council h <br />commission to provide a list of 2-3 policy goals and/or projects that board would like the <br />Council to consider for 2014. These do not need to be long or deo specific budget <br />amount is required), but rather a general idea of some of the th <br />important considerations for 2014. <br /> <br />Some examples of things that might be suggested by various board <br />have to suggest these): <br />BCBOA  Adoption of Green Building Codes <br />Historical Commission  Budget for a new building for the museum <br />Local Licensing Authority  Consideration of Liquor District Regulations <br />Cultural Council  Budget for new staff member dedicated to the Arts <br />Sustainability  Creation of additional community gardens <br /> <br />This will be background information for the Council (along with <br />they will use as they prepare the Council goals for the 2014 bud <br />any boards suggestions will make it through to the final list of <br />information to the Council at the beginning of the budget proces <br />considering those requests as we move through the 2014 budget prs. <br /> <br />Your list of goals/projects is due back to me by March 1 so plea <br />boards agenda for February. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any questions.
