HISTORICAL BACKGROUND: <br />Information from Historian Bridget Bacon <br />This property is part of East Louisville, which wasplatted in 1906.Records indicate the <br />house was built around 1942.The building is currently owned by the applicant,Jean <br />Morgan, and is used as a residence. <br />Restas Family, Owners1940-1971 <br />Joe Restas bought the property from Steve Evanoff Sr. in 1940. The lot was originally <br />part of the Evanoff’s property at 1117 Spruce Street.
