Current Photo(looking northeast) <br />ARCHITECTURAL INTEGRITY: <br />The buildingwas constructed around 1942, andhas maintained some integrity.The <br />structure has had two additions on the west side, one in the early 1950s and the other in <br />1986. The original attached garage was also converted to living space. The form of the <br />original house and garage is evident on the east side. The original faux-brick siding has <br />been covered with aluminumsiding. The roof material is not originalhowever it still <br />retains its original form. The door on the east façade appears to be in the original <br />location, but the windows on thesouth façade do not. The original chimney has been <br />lost.Overall, the form of the original portion has been maintained, and the original <br />siding is still present under the aluminum siding, giving it architecturalintegrity. <br />HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND CRITERIA FOR LISTING AS LOCAL <br />LANDMARK: <br />Landmarks must be at least 50 years old and meet one or more of the criteria for <br />architectural, social or geographic/environmental significance as described in Louisville <br />Municipal Code (LMC) Section 15.36.050(A).
