<br />Historical Commission <br />Subcommittee Agenda <br />February 15, 2013 <br />Louisville Public Library <br />Board Room (Second Floor) <br />951 Spruce St. <br />10:30 AM <br />Members of the Historical Commission will meet regarding the Commission’s decision at <br />its April 18, 2012 meeting to actively pursue the creation of a separate 501c3 foundation. <br />(Currently, the Historical Commission is both an advisory board to City Council and a <br />501c3 nonprofit corporation.) <br />At a previous subcommittee meeting, Commission attendees signed up to collect <br />information from other museum foundations that raise funds for city-owned museums in <br />our area.
