Motion passed <br />Public Corn - <br />. <br />None heard. <br />o approve the agenda as prepared by <br />Regular Business — <br />A 456 W. Sycamore Ct, Lot37, Sundance. Lot Coverage, A variance request <br />from Section 17.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code (LMC) to allow an <br />addition to an existing home, creating a lot coverage of 25% where 20% is <br />allowed. <br />• Applicant and Representative: Stephane Eisen <br />• Owner: Dean Charles and Colette L. Ness <br />• Case Manager: Scott Robinson, Planner I <br />Jasiak reviewed the procedures for the meeting; opened the public hearing; and <br />reviewed the criteria which must be met for the variance request. He also stated for the <br />requested variance to be approved a vote of four (4) of the four (4) affirmative would be <br />required.
