The replat includes: Lot 1 (12,575 SF); Lot 2 <br />(14,639 SF); Lot 3 (61.536 SF) Lot 4 (47,070 SF; Tract A (5,934 SF) and <br />Tract B (73,929 SF). The PUD proposed development in two (2) phases. <br />Phase 1 includes: Lot 1, an Art Center of 8,560 SF and Lot 2, a <br />restaurant/retail space of 9,130 SF.
