'1147 AND LOCATED IN A ZONE DISTRICT FOR WHICH SAID REQUIREMENTS WERE AMENDED BY SAID ORDINANCE SHALL BE THE MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THOSE DISTRICTS WHICH WERE IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE ENCACTMENT OF ORDINANCE NO. 1147. 9 GENERAL NOTE: Fences are not subject to the setbacks specified in this section.
