'1147 AND LOCATED IN A ZONE DISTRICT <br />FOR WHICH SAID REQUIREMENTS WERE AMENDED BY SAID <br />ORDINANCE SHALL BE THE MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK <br />REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO THOSE DISTRICTS WHICH <br />WERE IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE ENCACTMENT <br />OF ORDINANCE NO. 1147. <br /> <br />9 <br /> <br />GENERAL NOTE: Fences are not subject to the setbacks specified <br />in this section. See Section 17.16.120. <br />
