Excavation and Grading, of the Uniform Building Code are hereby specifically adopted. Any appendices not listed above are not adopted. Section 5. Section 15.04.060 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: 15.04.060 Section 308 Amended occupancy. Certificates of Section 308(a) of the Code, shall read as follows: Sec. 308. (a) Use and Occupancy. No building or structure in any type of occupancy shall be used or occupied, and no change in the existing Occupancy classification of a building or structure or portion thereof shall be made until the building official has issued a Certificate of Occupancy thereof as provided herein.
