The Ward III Meeting is <br />Thursday, September 20, at 7:00 a.m., at the Coal Creek Golf Course. Ward I <br />and Ward II Meetings were held earlier this month. He reported the Highway 36 <br />Mayors met with Governor Ritter. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br />City Manager Fleming reported on the First Baptist Church Property and noted <br />the City has not received a formal application. Planning Director Wood met with <br />the property owners. The 5-acre parcel is zoned residential, but is not platted. <br />The zoning density allows single family or multi-family units.
