CONSENT AGENDA <br />The following items on the City Council Agenda are considered routine by the City Manager and shall be approved, adopted, accepted, etc., <br />by motion of the City Council and roll call vote unless the Mayor or a City Council person specifically requests that such item be <br />considered under "Regular Business." In such an event the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken <br />separately on said item in the order appearing on the Agenda.
