PAGE <br />SUBJECT: City Wide Comprehensi~~e Flan Update 2005 <br />DATE: July 12, 2005 <br />Utilit~lysis Summary <br />Tab 13 of the Council notebook contain;; the water demand analysis prepared by the Department of <br />Public Works. The capacity analysis wa.s based upon the buildout numbers in the February 2005 version <br />of the Comprehensive Plan Update which w-as a population range of 24,000 to 24,300. <br />Tom Phare will present the attached surrimary of the waster and wastewater analysis. <br />Residential Phasing <br />Tab 4, pp. 4-6 to 4-7 provides a statement and implementation criteria to direct the implementation of a <br />residential phasing policy. The statement closely parallels the policy direction which was adopted <br />initially in 1993 by Resolution No. 36, S'~eries 1993 (attached). As required by the resolution Council <br />reviewed permit activity on an annual basis for compliance with the goals statements provided in the <br />resolution. <br />Population Growth Projections Worksheet <br />A spreadsheet has been submitted for reference by the City Council which contains a review of <br />residential units by individual sub-area and the associated population growth. <br />Emails and Documents <br />A series of eight emails have been received since the last meeting on July 5, 2005. Those emails are <br />enclosed for entry into the record. Chris Hansen has submitted a set of three documents regarding Area <br /># 7 which are also enclosed for entry into the record. <br />
