In such an event <br />the item shall be removed from the "Consent Agenda" and Council action taken separately on said item in the <br />order appearing on the Agenda. l-hose items so approved under the heading "Consent Agenda" will appear in <br />the Council Minutes in their proper order. <br />A. When several people wish to speak on the same <br />position on a given item, they are requested to select a spokesperson to state that position. <br />6.
