<br />Clementine site: <br />The Clementine subdivision that is proposed to the south of the Sunnyside property and will be <br />developed by Mike Jones is proposed to be a combination of multi-family and single-family <br />mixed income site on roughly 5 acres. They are in the initial stages of planning. Staff has a set <br />of drawings that the board can review or they are available at the Planning Department. Staff <br />attached the letter in the packets with the concerns include and are planning to meet Mike Jones <br />to discuss the request for shared access through the Sunnyside drive. <br /> <br />Don Roybal, Maintenance Supervisor, provided a tour of the site to demonstrate the potential <br />window solutions to address the low windows on the 2nd floor of the units. The pricing is $7,500 <br />for safety bars for all units and complete window replacement is $13,000. The Board would like <br />to look into window replacement.
