Discussion - Business Assistance Proposals for Redevelopment Projects I <br />Change from Office to Retail Use <br />Becky Hogan introduced the Koelbel representatives. <br /> <br />City Manager Fleming explained that Koelbel and Co. is interested in changing <br />the use of the existing State Farm office property into a retail use. However, the <br />cost of converting the property makes the change infeasible without City <br />assistance.
