We do not have <br />to change ours because it is below the market rents. Fair market rent is a HUD assessment of the <br />average rents in an area. The HA cannot exceed 110% of the FMR in any given year. Weare at <br />98% currently. Louisville rents are higher than Boulder. <br /> <br />Finance Report <br />d) Review of October 2007 financial statements <br />Payment registers were not included this month, but will be included next month.
