<br />Section 8: HCV Pro1!:ram Report <br />b) Monthly statistics <br />Reported in board packets and includes total number of families with vouchers in the City of <br />Louisville. <br /> <br />c) HUD Fair Market Rents for 2008 <br />The HUD Fair Market rents just came out and it affects our payment standards. We do not have <br />to change ours because it is below the market rents. Fair market rent is a HUD assessment of the <br />average rents in an area. The HA cannot exceed 110% of the FMR in any given year. Weare at <br />98% currently. Louisville rents are higher than Boulder. <br /> <br />Finance Report <br />d) Review of October 2007 financial statements <br />Payment registers were not included this month, but will be included next month. Lisa reviewed <br />the October financials. Please see the body ofthe report. <br /> <br />e) October Payment Detail Report <br />Lisa reviewed the October detail report. Please see the body of the report. <br /> <br />f) 2007 Audit Update: Hiratsuka and Schmitt <br />Auditors will be back out during the last week in January. Staff should have draft audits by end <br />of February. Jay stated positive comments from the auditors.
