Revitalization Commission
Minutes
DATE

stakeholders. There was discussion regarding Brad Power,
Redevelopment Director for the City of Boulder, providing services in this
capacity. The City Manager will continue to pursue this option. Staff will
also review similar job descriptions for the anticipated work and/or an RFP
for services should the LRC decide to contract for such services.
B) Funding Request for Market Analysis - The LRC discussed bringing this
item back for City Council approval in January/February of 2008. The LRC
will discuss the timing of the request with City Council at the planned joint
meeting should that occur.

3. Next Meeting Items - Meet with City Council at the December 10, regularly scheduled
meeting.

4. Next Meeting Date - December 10, 2007.

Commissioner's Comments - Commissioner Menaker raised the issue of the station location in
downtown Louisville and the potential for moving the location further south. Commissioners and
staff provided background on the local decision-making process for a preferred location and also
discussed the Northwest Rail study coordinated by RTD that will ultimately provide direction on this
issue.

Adjourn - The meeting adjourned at 8:00 PM.
