<br /> <br />APPROVED 10/11/2007 <br /> <br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 13, 2007 <br />City Hall, Council Chambers <br />749 Main Street <br />6:00 PM <br /> <br />Call to Order - Lipton called the meeting to order at 6:02 PM. <br /> <br />Roll Call was taken and the following members were present: <br /> <br />Commission Members Present: Jeff Lipton, Chair <br />Chris Pritchard, Vice-chair <br />Susan Loo, Secretary <br />Gail Hartman <br />Michael Deborski <br />Monica Sheets <br />Tom McA vinew <br /> <br />Hank Dalton <br /> <br />Commission Members Absent: <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director <br />Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br />Jolene Schwertfeger, Administrative Assistant <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda - <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve the agenda. Motion passed by voice <br />vote. <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes - <br />. May 24, 2007: Loo moved and McAvinew seconded a motion to approve the May 24, <br />2007 meeting minutes as prepared by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />. June 14,2007: Pritchard moved and Hartman seconded a motion to approve the June 14, <br />2007 meeting minutes with corrections noted by Loo. Motion passed by voice vote. <br />. June 28, 2007: Loo moved and Sheets seconded a motion to approve the June 28,2007 <br />meeting minutes as prepared by staff. Motion passed by voice vote. Pritchard abstained. <br />. July 12,2007: Pritchard moved and Deborski seconded a motion to approve the July 12, <br />2007 meeting minutes with the correction noted by Loo and Sheets. Motion passed by <br />voice vote. <br />. August 9, 2007: Loo moved and McAvinew seconded a motion to approve the August 9, <br />2007 meeting minutes as prepared by staff.
