4. Employees shall park in existing long term parking areas, and not on the street or in 2- <br />hour lots. <br />5. Fencing on site shall be a minimum of 6' in height, not to exceed a maximum height <br />of 8', and shall be solid fencing to screen the outdoor use from adjacent uses. <br />6. The rear exit from the patio area shall be signed to indicate that such exit shall be <br />utilized for emergency egress and delivery purposes only. <br />7. The Special Review Use is granted to the applicant only. <br />8.
