:RESOLUTION NO. 44 <br />SERIES 2007 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR 282 CENTURY PLACE (LOTS 4 - 6, BLOCK 1, <br />CENTENNIAL VALLEY BUSINESS PARK FILING NO. 1). <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final planned unit development (PUD) plan to construct a flex office building with <br />proposed office building with multiple tenants at 282 Century Place, Lots 4 - 6, Block 1, <br />Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing No. 1; and <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found, to be in compliance with the <br />Louisville zoning ordinances, the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines, <br />related policies and previous approvals; and <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing concerning said final PUD <br />development plan on August 9, 200'7, where evidence and testimony were entered into the <br />public record, including the staff report dated August 9, 2007, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval to the City Council, with the following condition: <br />1. Prior to the issuance of a Building Permit, Execute and Record a Covenant Agreement <br />that consolidates Lots 5 through 6 into one property; and <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and that the application should be approved, with the following <br />condition: <br />1.
