RESOLUTION N0.45 <br />SERIES 2007 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVITIG A KEEP IT CLEAN PLAN (FORMERLY WASH) <br />INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR EPA AND CDPHE STORMWATER <br />PHASE II REGULATIONS <br />WHEREAS, it is a requirement of the City of Louisville to obtain and hold a Storm <br />Water Discharge Permit in order to discharge storm water from its storm water system; and <br />WHEREAS, the attached Intergovernmental Agreement for Implementation of the Keep <br />it Clean Plan, by and between the City of Louisville and the Keep it Clean Partners identified <br />therein, provides for services neededl to comply with terms and conditions of the Storm Water <br />Discharge Permit. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE ][T RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLOP:ADO: <br />1. The proposed Intergovernmental Agreement for Implementation of the Keep it <br />Clean Plan, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is <br />hereby approved. <br />2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the attached <br />Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City of Louisville, except that the Mayor is <br />hereby further authorized to negotiate aald approve such revisions to the Intergovernmental <br />Agreement as are determined necessary or desirable for the protection of the City, so long as the <br />essential terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement are not altered. <br />ADOPTED this 4th day of <br />
