<br />if applicable, any other last known owner(s) of the property as shown on the <br />records of the county assessor. Any request for a hearing shall be submitted in <br />writing to the finance director within 20 days of the date of the notice, Any <br />hearing may be conducted in accordance with the procedures of part 5 of this <br />chapter, or such other procedures as the finance director may prescribe, If the <br />finance director's determination after a hearing affirms the imposition of such <br />taxes and charges, the determination shall include notice that the taxes, penalties <br />and interest are due and payable within ten (10) days of the date of the <br />determination and that, if not paid when due, then such taxes, penalties and <br />interest due will be certified to the county treasurer for collection, along with ten <br />percent (10%) of such amounts due for costs of county collection, Whenever the <br />finance director certifies any such amounts to the county treasurer for collection, <br />the finance director shall record notice of such certification with the county clerk <br />and recorder. <br /> <br />Section 2. If any portion of this ordinance is held to be invalid for any reason, such <br />decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each part hereof irrespective of the fact <br />that anyone part be declared invalid. <br /> <br />Section 3. The repeal or modification of any provision of the Municipal Code of the <br />City of Louisville by this ordinance shall not release, extinguish, alter, modify, or change in whole <br />or in part any penalty, forfeiture, or liability, either civil or criminal, which shall have been incurred <br />under such provision, and each provision shall be treated and held as still remaining in force for the <br />purpose of sustaining any and all proper actions, suits, proceedings, and prosecutions for the <br />enforcement of the penalty, forfeiture, or liability, as well as for the purpose of sustaining any <br />judgment, decree, or order which can or may be rendered, entered, or made in such actions, suits, <br />proceedings, or prosecutions, <br /> <br />Section 4.
