B. <br />C. <br />D. <br />A. <br />B. <br />A. <br />B. <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />C. <br />D. <br />E. <br />Oversized commercial vehicles incidental to a commercial enterprise shall be permitted on the <br />premises of such commercial enterprise in C-C, C-B, C-N, zoning. <br />Loading or unloading of moving vans or similar type vehicles used for moving of personal goods for a <br />period of 24 hours or less. <br />Temporary parking for pickup and delivery purposes for a period of four hours or less. <br />Construction equipment and/or machinery employed in any public works project in the city parked at <br />the site of and for the duration of such construction. <br />(Code 1977, § 10.20.040; Ord. No. 748-1981, § 5) <br />Sec. 10.20.050. - Prohibited uses. <br />No bus, trailer coach, or mobile home, self-propelled motor home, trailer or recreational vehicle, each as <br />defined in section 17.20.165 of this Code, or any recreational equipment of any kind, shall be used for living, <br />sleeping, or residing on any street or public right-of-way within the city. The foregoing prohibition shall not apply to <br />sleeping within a recreational vehicle for no more than 14 nights within any six-month period on a public street in <br />front of a residence with that resident's permission. Sleeping in recreational vehicles on public rights-of-way is <br />prohibited in front of residences without the resident's permission and adjacent to non-residential property. <br />(Code 1977, § 10.20.050; Ord. No. 1537-2008, § 3, 8-5-2008) <br />Sec. 10.20.060. - Measurements. <br />Measurement of heights and lengths shall be made as follows: <br />The height of vehicles shall be measured perpendicular to the parking surface to the uppermost <br />portion of the vehicle including loads or any projections attached thereto with the exception of radio <br />antennae, exhaust pipes and vents. <br />The length of vehicles shall be measured parallel to the long axis of the vehicle and shall include any <br />projections permanently or temporarily attached thereto. <br />(Code 1977, § 10.20.060; Ord. No. 748-1981, § 5) <br />Sec. 10.20.070. - Unregistered vehicles. <br />No person shall park, abandon or otherwise leave unattended on any public street or right-of-way any <br />unregistered vehicle or vehicle with an expired registration. For purposes of this Section 10.20.070, an <br />"unregistered vehicle" is a vehicle for which there is no current or prior certification of registration by the <br />current owner. <br />Any violation of this section shall be subject to punishment by fine only as follows: <br />Registration expired between 31—60 days prior to citation .....$ 25.00 <br />Registration expired between 61—90 days prior to citation .....100.00 <br />Registration expired more than 91 days prior to citation .....500.00 <br />Unregistered vehicle .....100.00 <br />Violations of this section are hereby deemed traffic infractions subject to the procedures set forth in section <br />10.04.060, except that the maximum fine shall be as set forth above. <br />Each day during which any act prohibited under this section is continued or committed shall be deemed a <br />separate offense. <br />Nothing herein shall limit the application of any other ordinance to an unregistered vehicle or vehicle with an <br />expired registration. <br />(Ord.
