<br />CityCouncil <br />Study Session Summary <br />January 29, 2013 <br />Library Meeting Room, 951 Spruce Street <br />7:00 <br />PM <br />st <br />The City Council met in a study session at7:00p.m. in the 1FloorMeeting <br />Room at the Louisville Public Library at 951 Spruce Street, Louisville, Colorado. <br />The following persons were present: <br />City CouncilPresent:Mayor Bob Muckle <br />Mayor Pro TemHank Dalton <br />Councilmember Emily Jasiak <br />Councilmember Jay Keany <br />Councilmember Susan Loo <br />Councilmember Ron Sackett <br />Councilmember Frost Yarnell <br />Staff Present:Malcolm Fleming, City Manager <br />Heather Balser, Deputy City Manager <br />Bruce Goodman, Police Chief <br />Kurt Kowar, Public Works Director <br />Meredyth Muth, Public RelationsManager <br />Troy Russ, Planning & Building Safety Director <br />Joe Stevens, Parks & Recreation Director <br />Kevin Watson, Finance Director <br />Others Present:Sam Light, City Attorney <br />Call to Order–The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PMby Mayor Muckle. <br />Discussion–Regulation of Recreation Marijuana <br />City Attorney Sam Light went over all of the options the City Council has relating <br />to the sale and production of recreational marijuana after the passage of <br />Amendment 64 in November.
