City Council <br /> Meeting Minutes <br /> March 5, 2013 <br /> Page 2 of 14 <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA <br /> Mayor Muckle requested City Manager Fleming review Consent Agenda Item 5D — <br /> Approval of an Agreement By and Between the City of Louisville and Eldorado Artesian <br /> Springs, Inc. for the Use of City Facilities. City Manager Fleming explained this <br /> agreement will allow Eldorado Artesian Springs, Inc. to use the City facilities in lieu of <br /> trucking artesian water from Eldorado Springs. The City will have first priority on the <br /> facilities and Eldorado Artesian Springs, Inc will reimburse the City for their usage of the <br /> facilities. He stated it is a win-win situation for both parties. <br /> Mayor Muckle moved to approve the consent agenda, seconded by Council member <br /> Keany. All were in favor. <br /> A. Approval of Resolution No. 10, Series 2013—A Resolution Approving <br /> the Consent to Pay for Rights-of-Way as Provided by Southern Water <br /> Supply Project Allotment Agreements. <br /> COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON THE <br /> AGENDA <br /> Council member Loo reminded Council and the public on March 6, 2013, the <br /> Horticulture and Forestry Board will present a program at the Louisville Library on how <br /> to start plants from seeds. Donations can be made to the Friends of the Arboretum. <br /> CITY MANAGER'S REPORT <br /> The City Manager had no items to report. <br /> REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> PROCLAMATION — NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH <br /> Mayor Muckle read the Proclamation, which proclaimed March as National Nutrition <br /> Month in Louisville, Colorado. He presented the proclamation to Senior Services <br /> Supervisor Katie Beasley. <br /> Senior Services Supervisor Beasley reminded the City Council of the March Mayors <br /> for Meals Event, which is Wednesday, March 20.
