This review should be completed in the next few months. <br />Staff will continue the permitting software search once they have <br />been given the go ahead. <br />UPDATE <br />2012 Year End Totals <br /> as pleased to announce the overall building permit totals were up in Staff w <br />both number of permits issued and total valuation of projects for 2012. The <br />inspection totals were also up from the previous year and Swanson believes <br />this number should be around the same for inspections in 2013 if not higher. <br />On-Going and Up-Coming Developments and Permits <br /> Pearl Izumi <br />Currently has an over-lot grading permit and has started to move dirt. <br />o <br />They are also splitting the permits into a foundation permit and the rest <br />of the building on separate permits. <br />Steel Ranch <br /> Ryland will have their homes completed in March 2013. Boulder Creek <br />o <br />is still going strong. <br />Steel Ranch South <br />Confluence Builders currently have an over-lot grading permit and once <br />o <br />Planning has received their Letter of Credit and Public Works has <br />approved their civil drawings, Building Safety can release the three <br />apartment buildings which have completed the review process. <br />The Board asked if Staff knew of the progress of further Developments in the <br />North End subdivision. Staff has yet to see any plans.
