Authority members directed Secretary Hanson to compile the ideas and pass on for Council consideration. B.Modification of Premises –Clover Clan LLC d/b/a Old Louisville Inn –Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License –740 Front St. C.Modification of Premises –Hei Han Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Henry’s Bar & Grill –Tavern Liquor License –935 Pine Street Chairperson Rommelfanger asked Secretary Hanson to explain these items. Hanson stated a state investigator discovered the basement areas ofthese establishments were not included in their diagrams for their licensed premises and needed to be added. She explained the diagrams simply showed the footprint of the basement area and added it to the licensed premises. Carlson moved the items formerly on the Consent Agenda as L and M be approved. Machado seconded. All in favor. Both items approved. Police Department Reports No reports Secretary’s Report Hanson congratulated Matthew Machado on his appointment as a Regular Member of the Authority.
