Call to order <br />2. Approval of agenda <br />3. Approval of minutes – Item 1 thru 3 - 10 minutes <br />4. Staff Update – 40 minutes <br />a. Club house current status and completion date. <br />b. Update on status of GIS system update of irrigation system <br />changes from 2012 and plans for 2013. <br />c. Discussion on “Open House” schedule to recognize the <br />renovation of the golf course club house - City Council <br />invitation late April or early May to get on their schedule. <br />d. Schedule of Placement of Way Finding signs for the Coal <br />Creek Golf Course. <br />e. Plan to achieve City mandated reduction in water usage. <br />5. WGP update – 20 minutes <br />a. Clarification on the bunker sand costs and reimbursement from <br />insurance as those were not reflected in year-end financials. <br />b. Maintenance plans including bunker plans for 2013 (outside of <br />the City RFP renovation). <br />c. Irrigation system maintenance plans to reduce large capital <br />costs to the City. <br />d. New cart plans & schedule. <br />e. WGP club house “fit up” plans and schedule <br />6. Discussion regarding potential for mitigation plan for winter golf. <br />7. Potential agenda items for May 20, 2013 next Board meeting in <br />Louisville Library first floor meeting room - 10 minutes. <br />a. Bunker Renovation Plan (Rick Phelps) <br />8. Adjourn
