As your primary contact person for this project at Public Service, I'm committed to providing the coordination and support needed to satisfy your energy needs and meet your project schedule. Based on information you have provided and the service requirements requested, I have completed the engineering design and cost estimate to provide for the Electric conversion. The cost to provide the requested Electric conversion is $12,061.68. This cost includes construction of a terminal pole on the east side of 96`I',boring 96L'' st and then installing a new 75kva 277/480 volt transformer at site by the parking area. Xcel will require an easement for this as well. Our Right of Way agent will supply the necessary foiuis for this. The construction order will not be released to our Construction Department for work scheduling until the Quote letter is signed and returned. At present, our Construction Department requires a 8 —10 week lead-time to start after receiving the order for scheduling. This estimate will expire on 06/06/05 Also enclosed are two copies of the proposed electric distribution design. Please review this design, sign your concurrence and return one copy for our records. If this project is constructed during frost conditions, you will billed for the depth of frost encountered,snow removal and/or any additional costs incurred in providing service. These charges are for moving onto the job site only one time and completing construction at that time. If the construction route has obstructions and requires additional move-out and move back in labor, a non- refundable cost of approximately$1,500.00 will be applied. This estimate is valid until 06/06/05 and is subject to price increases thereafter. To minimize any possible delay in meeting your construction schedule, it is imperative that you sign and return all agreements. Please have the party responsible for your job site coordination review the List of Standard Contingencies and notify me of any problems in complying with these requirements. Please sign the enclosed Contingency List. Construction can not be scheduled until it is received. Should you request a revised estimate prior to the expiration, an additional engineering charge may be required.
