<br />RESOLUTION NO. 31 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTENNIAL <br />GREENS APARTMENTS (CENTENNIAL V ALLEY PARCEL 0) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council represented by Jim Junge <br />of Junge/Reichl Associates, a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Centennial <br />Greens Apartments. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed by <br />City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD Development <br />Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The final plans for approval will need signature blocks for Planning Commission, City Council <br />and County Clerk and Recorder. The plans will need to include "Final PUD Development Plan" <br />in the title. The following sheets need to be included: <br />1.) Title sheet including signature blocks, location map, legal description, project <br />summary table, development schedule, any conditions of approval, project notes <br />and detail illustrations that do not fit on other sheets. <br />2.) Technical site plan. <br />3.) Landscape plan including quantity, size and type of landscape materials. <br />4.) Grading/Drainage plan. <br />5.) Building elevations. <br /> <br />2. Show the dimensions of the building envelope for each building. Label building heights. <br /> <br />3. Provide breakdown of total land area, building area, parking area, landscaped area, etc. on <br />plan. <br /> <br />4. Note planned development schedule. <br /> <br />5. Show all existing and planned easements. <br /> <br />6. Show ROW widths for Dillon Road, Dahlia Street and Ridge Place. Show existing median for <br />Dillon Road. Show centerline offset of driveway onto Dahlia from centerline of proposed <br />driveway to commercial parcel to the west. Show centerline offset of driveway onto Ridge Place <br />from centerline of proposed driveway to Town Homes at Coal Creek. <br />
