Machado moved <br />the consent agenda be approved. Lipton seconded. All in favor. Consent <br />agenda approved. <br />Authority Business <br />A. Special Events Permit Application –Louisville Art Association –for <br />4/5, 6/1, 6/7, 8/31 and 9/6/13 at 801 Grant Avenue (Arts Center) <br />Chairperson Rommelfanger expressed his regret the applicant was not present. <br />Secretary Hanson reported they had been invited and the applicant wanted to do <br />the right thing by applying for the Special Events Permit. Rommelfanger felt the <br />association adds positive benefits for thecommunity and stated he had attended <br />their events in the past. <br />Machado moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit for the <br />Louisville Art Association for the dates noted. Wilson seconded. All in favor. <br />Police Department Reports <br />A.Incident Report –La Revolucion <br />This incident report involved the failure of this business to remitCity sales tax for <br />several months. A municipal summons had been issued. Secretary Hanson <br />reported she had received information from the Sales Tax Division. Thelicensee <br /> <br />
