Machado moved the consent agenda be approved. Lipton seconded. All in favor. Consent agenda approved. Authority Business A. Special Events Permit Application –Louisville Art Association –for 4/5, 6/1, 6/7, 8/31 and 9/6/13 at 801 Grant Avenue (Arts Center) Chairperson Rommelfanger expressed his regret the applicant was not present. Secretary Hanson reported they had been invited and the applicant wanted to do the right thing by applying for the Special Events Permit. Rommelfanger felt the association adds positive benefits for thecommunity and stated he had attended their events in the past. Machado moved the Authority approve the Special Events Permit for the Louisville Art Association for the dates noted. Wilson seconded. All in favor. Police Department Reports A.Incident Report –La Revolucion This incident report involved the failure of this business to remitCity sales tax for several months. A municipal summons had been issued.
