<br />RESOLUTION NO. 30 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CENTENNIAL <br />PARK APARTMENTS (CENTENNIAL V ALLEY PARCEL N, TRACT A) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council represented by Jim Junge <br />of Junge/Reich/Associates, a request for approval of a Final PUD Development Plan for Centennial <br />Park Apartments. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan have been reviewed by <br />City staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning <br />ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Pinal PUD Development <br />Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council approval with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. The final plans for approval will need signature blocks for Planning Commission, City Council <br />and County Clerk and Recorder. The plans will need to include "Final PUD Development Plan" <br />in the title. The following sheets need to be included in the final document: <br />1.) Title sheet including signature blocks, location map, legal description, project summary <br />table, development schedule, any conditions of approval, project notes and detail <br />illustrations that do not fit on other sheets. <br />2.) Technical site plan. <br />3.) Landscape plan including quantity, size and type of landscape materials. <br />4.) Grading/Drainage plan. <br />5.) Building elevations. <br /> <br />2. The garage building located adjacent to the Century Drive entrance must be reduced in size or <br />relocated to the center of the project so that a minimum 40' setback is maintained along Century <br />Drive. <br /> <br />3. Show the dimensions of the building envelope for each building. Label building heights. <br /> <br />4. Correctly illustrate nine (9) adjacent lots in Cherrywood Subdivision to the east. <br /> <br />5. Provide breakdown of total land area, building area, parking area, landscaped area, etc. on <br />plan. <br /> <br />6. Note planned development schedule. <br /> <br />7. Show all existing and planned easements. <br /> <br />8. Show ROW widths for McCaslin Boulevard and Century Drive. Show median for McCaslin <br />Boulevard. Show centerline offset of driveway onto Century from centerline of Cherrywood <br />Drive. <br />
