<br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO A FINAL PUD <br />DEVELOPMENT PIAN FOR CHERRYWOOD II SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, an application <br />for an Amendment to the Final PUD Development Plan for Cherrywood II Subdivision, <br />represented by Bill Ebert and Reed Schielke; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Amendment of a Final PUD Development <br />Plan have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found to be in <br />compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and related <br />policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Amendment <br />to the Final PUD Development Plan, the Planning Commission recommended to the City <br />Council approval with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Perimeter fence for Lots 1 and 85 shall be setback 6 feet from the street side yard <br />property line to a point where it will turn 90 degrees and extend to meet the rear <br />corner of the house. See attached Exhibits A and B. <br /> <br />2. Perimeter fence for Lot 16 shall be setback 8 feet from the street side yard property <br />line and shall extend using 45 degree and 90 degree angles to a point 12 feet from <br />the rear corner of the house. Said fence shall not encroach into the vision clearance <br />easement. See attached Exhibit C. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Amendment to the Final PUD <br />Development Plan for Cherrywood II Subdivision should be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEn that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an Amendment to the Final pun Development <br />Plan for Cherrywood II Subdivision.
