Post Office Box 471 Boulder, Colorado 80307 (303) 441-3929
TDD Colorado Relay 1-800-659-2656
Habitat has had meetings with Council Member Keaney and City Manager Fleming and other City staff,
and continue to seek additional City support for their project. Habitat has also had conversations with
City of Boulder on possible matching funds.
The project status for Louisville is “on hold.” Habitat currently has three projects in the pipeline ahead of
Louisville; these sites are development ready and have more feasible project costs at this point.
Habitat currently only has one home in Louisville, and would very much like to increase their presence.
This site has posed substantial challenges, and Habitat is interested in exploring possible land trades.
Habitat would very much like additional support from LHA and/or the City of Louisville, should either
entity be willing to provide it. Such support could come in the form of:
o Support letter for funders
o Fee waivers for City processes
o Financial assistance in the form of grant or loan funds
o In kind donations and sweat equity

5
