In summary, the performance standards relate to the <br />following categories. <br /> <br />1) Business licensure <br />2) Health and public safety <br />3) Site design criteria (parking, circulation, site lines, etc…) <br />4) Spatial relationships with established restaurants and other food vendors <br />(Longmont – 250’-500’; Boulder 150’, Fort Collins – no distance) <br />5) Operational characteristics (hours, noise, advertising, etc…) <br /> <br />PUBLIC INPUT: <br />Staff presented an initial assessment of the LMC to the City of Louisville’s Business <br />Retention and Development (BRaD) Committee. Representatives from the public in the <br />meeting included a representative of the Downtown Business Association; a downtown <br />restaurant owner; downtown property owner; a City resident supportive of food trucks, <br />4
