Fasick seconded the motion. Approved by <br />voice vote. <br />Approval of Minutes <br />Stewart asked to approve both March 18th and April 15th meeting minutes. After some <br />changes announced by several members, and statements regarding the accuracy of the <br />minutes, the minutes were approved by voice vote. <br />Public Comment – None <br /> <br />Pre-filing Conference – None <br />Public Hearing – Demolition Request – 712 Lincoln <br />Stewart opened the item. <br />Robinson presented the information provided in staff’s report. He stated staff is <br />recommending a stay of 180 days.
