She invited the Mayor and Council to <br />attend the meeting, scheduled for Wednesday, March 6, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />COUNCIL INFORMATIONAL COMMENTS ON PERTINENT ITEMS NOT ON <br /> THE AGENDA <br /> <br />Sisk reported that there was an arrest of persons for operating a methamphetamine lab in <br />Louisville. He stated that the City is not immune to such activities and asked that citizens <br />do not over react to the matter. He emphasized that Louisville has an excellent police <br />department and he expressed his confidence in them. He requested that Council take the <br />leadership role on alcohol and drug issues with the schools and insure that there is an <br />educational process for school children and adults. <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1375, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING <br /> SALES AND USE TAXES - 1st reading - set public hearing 3/19/02 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1375, Series 2002 and noted two minor first <br />reading amendments. He referred to Section 3.20.290 - Duty to keep records, which <br />would be deleted, as the language appears in a separate section. Section 3.20.420 A. 2. - <br /> <br /> <br />
