Louisville City Council Meeting <br />March 5, 2002 <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Sisk agreed that storage area should be exempt. He stated that the definition of storage <br />should be addressed with care. <br /> <br />Keany asked if the issue of refunding previously paid parking spaces had been addressed <br />in the ordinance. <br /> <br />Light stated that was addressed in Section 4 - "Notwithstanding any other provision of <br />this ordinance and the Louisville Municipal Code to the contrary, the City Council hereby <br />approves and authorizes the adjustment and refund of parking improvement fees paid <br />prior to the effective date of this Ordinance, as necessary to reflect the amendments set <br />forth herein." <br /> <br />MOTION: Keany moved that Council send Ordinance No. 1376, Series 2002, as <br />amended, out for publication and set a public hearing for April 16, 2002, seconded <br />Levihn. All in favor. Brown excused. <br /> <br />City Manager Simmons stated that the amendment to Section 17 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code would be referred to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1377, SERIES 2002 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />CHAPTER 17.28 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE <br />PROCEDURES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW OF REQUESTS FOR <br />EXTENSION OF THE TIME LIMIT ON APPROVALS OF FINAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL PUDS - 1st <br />reading - set public hearing 04/02/02 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1377, Series 2002. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council send Ordinance No. 1377, Series 2002 out for <br />publication and set a public heating for April 16, 2002, seconded Keany.
