<br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 <br />SERIES 1993 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PIAN AND <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR WEST PINE STREET VILLAGE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council by Spruce <br />Street Joseph, Ltd., represented by Jonathan Prouty, a request for approval of a Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat for West Pine Street Village. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat have been reviewed by city staff and the Planning Commission and found <br />to be in compliance with the Louisville zoning ordinances, subdivision regulations, and <br />related policies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a properly advertised public hearing concerning said Final PUD <br />Development Plan and Final Subdivision Plat, the Planning Commission recommended to <br />the City Council approval, or approval with conditions. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said Final PUD Development Plan and <br />Final Subdivision Plat for West Pine Street Village should be approved. <br /> <br />NOW, TIlEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve the Final PUD Development Plan and Final <br />Subdivision Plat for West Pine Street Village.
