<br />RESOLUTION NO.6 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR A 650 SF COFFEE <br />SHOP IN AN EXISTING INDUSTRIALLY ZONED BUILDING IN THE BUSINESS <br />CENTER AT CTC, LOT 6, BLOCK 2, THE PARK AT CTC, 1849 CHERRY STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a special review use (SRU) for a 650 SF coffee shop in an existing building at 1849 <br />Cherry Street in the Park at CTC Subdivision; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the SRU have been reviewed by City Staff, the <br />Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with Chapter 17 of the <br />LMC, including the SRU criteria listed in Section 17.40.100; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on January 5, 2005 where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of January 5,2005 the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, without condition; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council conducted a duly noticed public hearing on February 1, 2005 <br />where evidence and testimony were entered into the record; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, without <br />condition: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use for a Coffee Shop at lot 6, Block <br />2, The Park at CTC, 1849 Cherry Street. <br /> <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Charles Sis Mayor <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> <br />NancyVarra, City lerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
