<br />RESOLUTION NO. 10 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR EXTERIOR SIGNAGE AT LOUISVILLE PLAZA FILING NO.1 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an amended final planned unit development (PUD) plan for modifications to the <br />exterior sign program for Louisville Plaza, Filing No. I; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with <br />the spirit and intent of Chapter 17 of the LMC, including the Commercial Development Design <br />Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after duly noticed public hearings on March 10, 2005, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Reports of March 10,2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval <br />to the City Council, with two conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and the owner's written acknowledgment of compliance with the <br />Planning Commission recommended conditions, and the City Council finds that the application <br />should be approved, with one condition, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The applicant shall prepare and submit an amendedfinal PUD development plan sheet with <br />modified signage notes establishing the applicability of the sign requirements of Chapter <br />17.24 of the LMC and the CDDSG, as may be amendedfrom time to time and noting that the <br />east elevation of Building D and the west elevation of Building C are deemed eligible for <br />signage. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for the <br />exterior wall sign program at Louisville Plaza, Filing No.1, subject to the above condition. <br /> <br /> <br />SED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2005. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> <br />Nancy Varra, 'ty Clerk <br />City of Louisvil e, Colorado <br />
