Economic and Market Assessment City of Louisville, CO <br /> Fiscal Health Assessment <br /> LAND USE TAX REVENUES <br /> Three main sources of General Fund Tax revenues generated to the City of Louisville are tied directly to <br /> land uses: sales tax; lodging tax, and; real property tax. Figure 19 shows tax revenues from these sources <br /> over the five-year period of 2007-2011. Sales tax revenues in 2011 were 10.2 percent lower than the five <br /> year high in 2007, decreasing from approximately $5.7 million to $5.1 million. Lodging tax revenues <br /> experienced a sharp downturn in 2009, but have risen since then.
