PART 4— FACTUAL DATA— PART TAKEN <br /> Identification of the Part Taken <br /> Land Taking <br /> The area to be acquired, shown on various exhibits with this report as "Parcel 8A" consists of the <br /> westerly 50,383 square feet, or 1.157 acres of the subject larger parcel as shown on the project plans in <br /> the addenda. The acquisition is located adjacent to the existing right of way line of US Highway 36,south <br /> of the cinema parking lot. The easterly portion of the larger parcel will not be acquired. <br /> The parcel to be acquired is legally described in the addenda and copies of the easement exhibit are also <br /> provided there. <br /> Permanent Easement Taking <br /> None. <br /> Improvements Taking <br /> None; the perimeter fencing along the existing right of way line is property of CDOT and will be replaced <br /> with a similar fence as part of the project. <br /> With regard to RTD's site improvements, according to information provided for this assignment, CDOT <br /> will acquire Parcel 8A subject to the easement. The CDOT Design Manager stated that the contract <br /> regarding the RTD park—n—rides at McCaslin requires that: <br /> Impacts to existing I,:,ndscap•ii ..: d irrigation at the RTD park-,: r .i, . wr= : of McCaslin <br /> Boulevard <i=.11 he rci. in kind and det..;iled in ht Landscape and I .<;ion Plan. <br /> CDOT will acquire the property subject to RTD's easement and most of the landscaping will not be <br /> impacted by the Project.
