<br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2005 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES <br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN THE LIBRARY CAPITAL CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for increasing the 2005 appropriations in the Library Capital <br />Construction Fund; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the revenues for the increased appropriation will come from the unreserved and <br />undesignated fund balances in the Capital Projects, Fleet Management and Library Funds. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />1.
