<br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR AN EXTERIOR WALL SIGN AT 1886 PRAIRIE WAY, LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 6, <br />THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC (THE NAUTILUS GROUP, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an amended final planned unit development (PUD) plan for an exterior wall sign for <br />a single tenant building located at 1886 Prairie Way (The Nautilus Group); and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the sign does not fully comply with applicable requirements of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code (Chapter 17) and the City's Industrial Development Design Standards <br />and Guidelines (IDDSG) and certain exceptions or modifications are being requested through the <br />PUD review procedures; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the final PUD development plan have been reviewed <br />by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to comply with <br />the spirit and intent of Chapter 17 of the LMC and the IDDSG; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on May 12, 2005, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of May 12, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with four (4) conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the revised plans <br />submitted for the City Council hearing, as well as the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council finds that the application should be approved, with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1. If approved by City Council, the applicant shall provide necessary amended final PUD <br />development plan sheets to be recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder, as <br />determined necessary by City staff <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for and <br />exterior wall sign for The Nautilus Group, located at 1886 Prairie Way, Lots 3 and 4, Block 6, <br />The Business Center at CTC, subject to the above condition. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this ih day of June 2005. <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />1- <br />
