<br />RESOLUTION NO. 19 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />AN EXTENSION OF THE FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR LOTS 15-18, <br />BLOCK 1, THE BUSINESS CENTER AT CTC THAT WOULD EXTEND THE PUD <br />EXPIRATION DATE THREE (3) YEARS FROM JUNE OF 2005 TO JUNE OF 2008 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council an application to <br />extend a previously approved PUD plan for Lots 15-18, Block 1, The Business Center at CTC- for <br />an additional three (3) year period, from June of2005 to June of2008; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Staff and the City of Louisville Planning Commission has reviewed <br />the information submitted and found it to comply with Louisville Municipal Code - Chapter 17.28; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 7, 2005, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report date May 12, 2005, the City of Louisville City Council finds that <br />extending the expiration date for Lots 15-18, Block 1, The Business Center @ CTC should be <br />approved as presented. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Louisville, Colorado <br />does hereby approve an extension to the PUD Development Plan for Lots 15-18, Block 1, The <br />Business Center @ CTC that extends the expiration date of such plan until June 7, 2008. <br /> <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />(;~ <br /> <br />Sisk, Mayor <br />uisville, Colorado <br /> <br />Nancy Varra City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br />
