<br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br />SERIES 2005 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br />FOR A MINOR BUILDING ADDITION AND EXTERIOR FA<;ADE AND MINOR SITE <br />PLAN MODIFICATIONS FOR MCDONALD'S RESTAURANT AT 939 DILLON ROAD, <br />LOT 4, CENTENNIAL VALLEY, PARCEL '0' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an amended final planned unit development (PUD) plan for a minor building <br />addition and exterior fac;ade and minor site plan modifications for McDonald's Restaurant at 939 <br />Dillon Road, Lot 4, Centennial Valley, Parcel '0'; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended final PUD development plan have been <br />reviewed by City Staff, the Planning Commission and City Council and have been found to <br />comply with the spirit and intent of Chapter 17 ofthe LMC and the City's Commercial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines, with exceptions as noted in the June 21 Council <br />Communication; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on June 9, 2005, where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of June 9, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with six (6) conditions; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the revised plans <br />submitted for the City Council hearing, as well as the recommendation of the Planning <br />Commission and the City Council finds that the application should be approved, without <br />condition: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan for a minor <br />building addition and exterior fac;ade and minor site plan modifications for McDonald's <br />Restaurant at 939 Dillon Road, Lot 4, Centennial Valley, Parcel '0'. <br /> <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Nancy 1 Clerk <br />City of Louisvill , Colorado <br />
